The mission of this blog is to improve the consumer experience by bridging the gap between them and the businesses they visit.

 Here’s how this works:

Post your experiences here.

- If it was a good experience, tell us who, when and where. Explain what they did to make your experience positive.

- If it was a negative experience, tell us who, when and where. What did you do to try to change the experience and the outcome? Finally, how did they respond to you?

What happens next?

We will track the comments. Each week we will reward the top business with a visit for a quick interview to promote their business as a "Consumer Recommended Business".
For the businesses that received poor ratings, we will contact them to alert them to the public perception they are creating for themselves and give them a change to make up for the poor experience to the person who posted the complaint.
